The 6-day workshop event was held for 12 experts from NRIEE and led by Stephan Fr\u00f6hlich, a senior ATM expert and experienced controller. The workshop was conducted online, as the current pandemic situation still limits travel between China and Germany and a common knowledge and understanding of ATM operations is a cornerstone for the other work packages in the R&amp;D project.<\/p>\n<p>The Director of NRIEE State Key Lab of ATM Prof. CHAI Wenguang expressed that \u201cThanks to this workshop, our technical experts have received a sound basis on Air Traffic Control. We are looking forward to our long-term cooperation and the upcoming steps of the project.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While the project takes place in the context of a larger programme aimed at optimising flights from Guangzhou to Nairobi, the efforts of the DFS Group focus on contributing their expertise to ATM operations in general as well as Trajectory Based Operations (TBO) and Free Route Airspace (FRA), in particular, to suggest ATM operational enhancements for the highly complex and dense airspace around Guangzhou.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, two work packages on Trajectory Based Operations are progressing at full speed. Firstly, based on operational experience in Europe relevant to ATM circumstances in China, a vision to employ TBO is under development. Secondly, an aircraft performance study for trajectory prediction is in progress as a crucial step in enabling ATM systems to work in a trajectory-based manner.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dfs-as.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/20210729_-ATC-Training-NRIEE_EN_fin-1.pdf\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Download News in EN<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>DFS Aviation Services <\/strong><strong>\u4e0e\u5357\u4eac\u7535\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u7814\u7a76\u6240<\/strong><strong> (NRIEE) <\/strong><strong>\u6210\u529f\u5b8c\u6210\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3aNRIEE\u4e0eDFS Aviation Services\u5408\u4f5c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5728DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e0b, \u53cc\u65b9\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u4e00\u6b21\u5173\u4e8e\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4ea4\u901a\u7ba1\u7406\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u4e3a\u671f 6 \u5929\u7684\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u7531\u9ad8\u7ea7 ATM \u4e13\u5bb6\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7ba1\u5236\u5458 Stephan Fr\u00f6hlich \u9886\u8854\uff0c\u6709\u6765\u81ea NRIEE \u7684 12 \u4f4d\u4e13\u5bb6\u53c2\u52a0\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u5fb7\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u65c5\u884c\u4ecd\u7136\u56e0\u75ab\u60c5\u53d7\u9650\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4ee5\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u5bf9 ATM \u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u5171\u540c\u8ba4\u77e5\u548c\u7406\u89e3\u662f\u8be5\u7814\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u5176\u4ed6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>NRIEE\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4ea4\u901a\u7ba1\u7406\u91cd\u70b9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u67f4\u6587\u5149\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\uff0c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6280\u672f\u4e13\u5bb6\u5728\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4ea4\u901a\u7ba1\u5236\u65b9\u9762\u6253\u4e0b\u4e86\u575a\u5b9e\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u671f\u5f85\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u957f\u671f\u5408\u4f5c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5373\u5c06\u5c55\u5f00\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u9274\u4e8e\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u5728\u4f18\u5316\u4ece\u5e7f\u5dde\u5230\u5185\u7f57\u6bd5\u7684\u822a\u73ed\u7684\u66f4\u5927\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\uff0cDFS\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u5728\u7a7a\u7ba1\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u9886\u57df\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u57fa\u4e8e\u8f68\u8ff9\u8fd0\u884c(TBO)\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u822a\u8def\u7a7a\u57df(FRA)\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e3a\u5728\u5e7f\u5dde\u5468\u56f4\u9ad8\u5ea6\u590d\u6742\u548c\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u7a7a\u57df\u5185\u6539\u8fdb\u7a7a\u7ba1\u8fd0\u884c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DFS Aviation Services \u5317\u4eac\u9996\u5e2d\u4ee3\u8868 Hans de Jong \u535a\u58eb\u5f3a\u8c03\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u7684\u6210\u679c\u611f\u5230\u975e\u5e38\u6b23\u6170\uff0c\u8fd9\u6b21\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e86\u89e3\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4ea4\u901a\u7ba1\u5236\u5458\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u4e3a TBO \u548c FRA \u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5f00\u53d1\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e24\u9879\u57fa\u4e8e\u822a\u8ff9\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5305\u6b63\u5728\u5168\u901f\u63a8\u8fdb\u4e2d\u3002\u5176\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u7a7a\u7ba1\u8fd0\u884c\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684 ATM \u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u4e8e\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u7528TBO\u7684\u613f\u666f\u6587\u4ef6\u6b63\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u3002\u5176\u4e8c\uff0c\u4e00\u9879\u7528\u4e8e\u8f68\u8ff9\u9884\u6d4b\u7684\u822a\u7a7a\u5668\u6027\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u8ba9 ATM \u7cfb\u7edf\u80fd\u591f\u4ee5\u57fa\u4e8e\u822a\u8ff9\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dfs-as.aero\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/20210721_-ATC-Training-NRIEE-1.0-_chin_fin.pdf\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Download News in ZH<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"News available in EN and ZH As part of the project between DFS Aviation Services, NRIEE and in cooperation with DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung, a workshop was held on air traffic management operations.
