DFS Aviation Services is delighted to announce that Aleksandar Vasilev has been appointed as the new Chief Representative of the company’s branch in Singapore. He will take up his position on 13 January 2020.
“The rising demand for DFS Aviation Services products and services in Southeast Asia has strengthened our decision to maintain a strong presence in Singapore and to advance our business in this promising, rapidly growing region. In line with this strategy, the previous representative office was extensively expanded to become a branch office and now Mr Vasilev, a proven expert in all aspects of air traffic control, has been appointed,” says Oliver P. Cristinetti, Managing Director of DFS Aviation Services. Mr Vasilev was most recently Deputy Head of Division at the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and brings more than 10 years of experience in all areas of air traffic control, including as the German representative in various bodies such as ICAO, EUROCONTROL and the EU.
As a graduate in business administration from the prestigious University of Mannheim in Germany, he also has a profound knowledge of economic regulation and can support our partners and customers in the region with advice in this area as well.
