New regulation on the collection of Air Traffic Control charges

Since 1 September 2021, charges (tariff zone 2) will be levied for Air Traffic Control at German regional commercial airports and landing areas with instrument flight operations on approach and departure.

These Air Traffic Control charges are (NEW) calculated and collected by the Air Traffic Control providers operating at the relevant aerodromes.

DFS Aviation Services here is responsible for the airports:

• Braunschweig-Wolfsburg
• Dortmund
• Emden
• Friedrichshafen
• Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden
• Lahr
• Memmingen
• Mönchengladbach
• Niederrhein-Weeze
• Paderborn-Lippstadt

Charges for DFS Aviation Services are billed by our cooperation partner aeroPS GmbH.
