The air navigation services world meets in Geneva
From 8 to 10 March, experts and high-ranking representatives of the air navigation services industry will travel to Geneva, Switzerland, for the first time for the Airspace World event. Hosted by the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO), the international industry congress replaces the World ATM Congress previously held in Madrid.
At the Palexpo exhibition centre, industry representatives from manned and unmanned aviation will showcase current technologies and solutions, deliver presentations and exchange perspectives on future developments in air traffic management. Visitors from more than one hundred countries are expected.
New perspectives – trusted stand
The DFS Group will be present with its trusted, double-decker, award-winning exhibition booth at the new venue (booth G13).
This year, our focus is on the portfolio of products and services offered by the DFS subsidiary DFS Aviation Services (DAS): Visitors can learn about the advanced Tower Suite, which combines remote tower control with the cloud-based PHOENIX WebInnovation air traffic control system. The scalable DFS ATS Suite for area, approach and aerodrome control services is also being shown. The system is modular and features an intuitive air/ground situation display and an electronic flight progress strip system. Visitors to the event can also have the Arrival Manager (AMAN) with EMAN and XMAN functionalities demonstrated to them at the booth. To offer seamless service, the DAS training portfolio is now being offered through the DAS Aviation Academy. And, of course, interested parties can find out about the consulting services offered by DAS in general.
Numerous speeches on the presentation stages will complement the DFS Group’s presence.
