An A-CDM implementation involves several phases, tailored to the airport or region’s maturity level. These phases include pre-project definition, project consulting, project execution, support system implementation, training, and implementation analysis. A-CDM covers elements like information sharing, situational awareness, taxi-time variability, pre-departure sequencing, and managing flight updates. Additionally, we offer to evolve A-CDM into Total Airport Management (TAM), which extends beyond A-CDM principles to enhance efficiency across operational areas. TAM identifies bottlenecks early and benefits all stakeholders through improved data sharing and accuracy.
