Air Navigation Solutions Ltd. (ANSL) is a subsidiary of DFS Aviation Services (DAS). ANSL is a certified ANSP in the UK and provider of ATM services at Edinburgh Airport.

DFS Aviation Services Bahrain Co WLL

DFS Aviation Services Bahrain (DAS Bahrain) is a DAS subsidiary too. Since 2019, DAS Bahrain is responsible for the provision and management of air navigation services personnel for the Bahrain CAA and also supports the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Bahrain (MTT Bahrain) with services around standards, training, safety, electronics, engineering and regulatory personnel.

Frequentis DFS Aerosense GmbH

Frequentis DFS Aerosense GmbH (AEROSENSE) s a joint venture of DFS Aviation Services and the Austrian technology provider Frequentis AG. Together we offer advanced solutions and consulting for Remote Digital Tower projects.

The cooperation combines the technical expertise of Frequentis with the operational knowhow of the DFS Group from its own successful Remote Tower project. Since the end of 2018, DFS has been actively operating air traffic control for Saarbrücken Airport from an RTC Centre in Leipzig. The integration of other airports is already in progress.

Droniq GmbH

With the Droniq GmbH, a joint company between DFS and Telekom was established at the beginning of 2019. Droniq provides, distributes and markets services for drones and other aircraft in Europe.

Kaufbeuren ATM Training GmbH

Through its subsidiary Kaufbeuren ATM Training, DFS took over the training for German military air traffic services on 1 January 2017. On average, 60 to 80 military participants are trained there per year, especially military Air Traffic Controllers and AIS officers.

R. Eisenschmidt GmbH

R. Eisenschmidt GmbH (Eisenschmidt) functions as a pilot shop, aeronautical publisher and point of contact for general aviation. The company’s portfolio of aeronautical products includes official aeronautical publications and training material as well as technical accessories for the preparation, planning and conduct of flights.
